Most of our existing customers have learnt the value of a good home security system and this Waikato family were no exception.
They had been burgled in their previous home and had lost expensive home electronics equipment including a big screen television and a lap top along with their sense of personal safety.
They rectified this unfortunate situation with the installation of a comprehensive home security system and were convinced of its importance in keeping their home and family safe.
So when they moved into a new home last month that did not have a security alarm system they immediately contacted our security consultant Guy Evelyn and asked him to recommend a comprehensive solution at the new house that would provide “maximum coverage”.
To provide coverage in every room of the house they agreed on a Bosch 3000 panel with three remotes connected to nine pet sensors.
In addition they added two smoke detectors connected to the security system, something every home in New Zealand should have to protect them from fire.
The security system is connected by phone line to our alarm monitoring centre in the Hamilton CBD
Coordinating with the family moving into the new house the install took two of our technicians just three hours to complete.
Our security consultant Guy commented “It’s nice to see people being proactive with security rather than waiting until after a burglary to then consider a security system.”
The home owner is very happy with the install and were appreciative of a follow up call from Guy to ensure that the system was running smoothly and that the family felt confident using the new system.
