    Managing Director

    Following a short stint working in Australia, Brendon worked for a Hamilton security company before deciding to branch out on his own over 15 years ago. Brendon had a vision for the improvement of the Waikato security market. He wanted to make alarm systems more affordable as he had learnt the incredible difference they make in stopping burglars and ensuring the Waikato would be considerd a safe place to live & do business. Brendon has guided Sterling Security in its spectacular growth in the Waikato whilst never forgetting that he's in business because he cares about you. Brendon says that he is very proud of how far the company has come in its fifteen years and he credits the growth to the tireless dedication of the staff and the quality service that the company provides.

  • Glen Frost
    Sales Manager

    Glen has been involved with Sterling Security since its inception fifteen years ago. Prior to that he had a long sales & customer service career in Hamilton. Glen has seen many changes and areas of growth in the Waikato home and business security market since he let his full time job to work with his son Brendon. Glen enjoys meeting people and his forte is ‘cold calling’ on prospective clients but we are happy to say that most people he meets welcome him in for a warm cup of coffee and a chat.

    Account Manager

    Simon joined Sterling Security following a long career in the automotive trade, where he was employed as a Senior Customer Services Manager. Simon is responsible for Sterling Security’s customer services and he regards himself very much as a people person. Customers agree and it is often noted in feedback that Simon is passionate about his work and always happy to answer questions, solve problems and give easy to understand training to new customers. Simon regards the company’s clients as being its most important asset and sees them as the key to the future development of the Waikato security market.

    Administration Manager

    Dianne is responsible for the office administration and will happily handle any administrative or accounts queries you may have. Dianne is very proud of the company her son has built having watched it grow from a small home based business to where it is today – a major influence in the Waikato security sector.

    Before joining Sterling Security Guy was the owner of a successful local courier business.
