Simon joined Sterling Security following a long career in the automotive trade in 2010, where he was employed as a Senior Customer Services Manager. Simon is responsible for Sterling Security’s customer services and he regards himself very much as a people person. Customers agree and it is often noted in feedback that Simon is passionate about his work and always happy to answer questions, solve problems and give easy to understand training to new customers. Simon regards the company’s clients as being its most important asset and sees them as the key to the future development of the Waikato security market.
