We recently engaged Sterling Security to upgrade their security system.

The professionalism, friendly attitude and can do attitude of staff is to be commended.

Firstly you, Val was impressed when visiting discuss options with your easy going approach with no pressure and the speed that you produced a written quote. You were accommodating when Geoff confirmed the quote to proceed.

The technician who fitted the system was friendly, professional, cleaned up as he worked and nothing was any bother to him.

The ladies who organised the installation date/time and sought an email address after completion for the invoice were pleasant and friendly.

I apologise I fail to recall their names however, please pass our thanks to all concerned for their friendly manner and professionalism they made for a pleasant experience. We are more than happy with the system and would recommend Sterling Security.
